If I were trying to support myself as an artist, there would be a lot to say about that. But I'm really in the fortunate position that it doesn't have to support me. It keeps me sane. I look after all the work and the administration for the farm, we've got 27,000 acres here and it's a pretty big operation. Staffing and payroll and all sorts of stuff like that, it keeps me occupied. When you're saying yes to something, you're saying no to something else. And even when it's a good yes, you're still saying no to something. We probably have the occasional holiday now but back then there wasn't the cash, there wasn't the time, there wasn't the manpower to enable regular holidays. So, that's probably a big sacrifice, time away and family time.
